Im going to buy an iphone 4s to put on tmobile my question is if i get an at&t 4s is their a way i can truely factory unlock the phone and at&t wont lock it again.

I saw this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uu2u6DTCfKU&feature=g-hist and thought it would actually work but i read comments that say theyre phone got bricked and that they have some service issues.

If i buy a factory unlocked phone off lets say ebay once i put in my sim card from tmobile it should work atutomatically right?
pls help imma super noob wen it comes to this kinda stuff i just want a 4s that i can use on tmobile thatlle work 100% 100% of the time
