WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Newt Gingrich visited a zoo in Maryland on Tuesday, and admired the howls of endangered red wolves ("Four wolves make quite a noise," the Republican presidential hopeful noted in a Twitter message).

Meanwhile, to some Republicans, his campaign seemed to be going to the dogs.

Hours later came reports that Gingrich had fired his campaign manager and his cash-strapped campaign had laid off a significant portion of its full-time staff.

The official line from Gingrich's staff is that he is charting a new course: no longer trying to win state primaries, but instead hoping to line up support at the Republican convention in Tampa late this summer, in case front-runner Mitt Romney can't lock down the nomination.

But for many Republican observers of the campaign -- including some who have been associated with the former U.S. House speaker -- the moves essentially mark the beginning of the end of Gingrich's campaign.

In recent weeks, they say, Gingrich's campaign has seemed less like a vote-getting exercise than an opportunity for him to visit zoos, historic sites and other places that interest him.

A source familiar with the campaign told Reuters that Gingrich and his wife, Callista, are reluctant to quit the race in part because they enjoy its perks: the attention, the platform, the Secret Service protection.

This week, Gingrich dispatched his wife to her native Wisconsin, which holds its primary on Tuesday.

"Great cheese curds at Drugan's in Holmen, Wisconsin," she told her 8,200 followers on Twitter.

One former Gingrich associate said he worried that Gingrich's decision to continue campaigning while running a distant third in the nomination race for convention delegates will harm the former speaker's reputation.

"My greatest fear for Newt is that a month from now, if he's not gathering delegates, people are going to ask why the federal government is paying (to protect) his campaign. I say that as his friend," said Matt Towery, a former Gingrich adviser and political commentator who has known Gingrich for 32 years.

Gingrich aides emphasized that the staff cutbacks, and a plan for Gingrich to reduce his travel, did not amount to giving up.

"It's not possible for us to get 1,144 delegates before the convention, but it looks like neither will (front-runner Mitt) Romney or (Rick) Santorum," Gingrich chief of staff Patrick Millsaps told MSNBC.

"If that is the case, we go into the convention, you go through the first vote, and then the nomination is a jump ball."

In the state-by-state race for the right to face Democratic President Barack Obama in the November 6 election, Romney leads with an estimated 565 delegates, according to Real Clear Politics. Santorum is next with 256, followed by Gingrich with 141 and Texas Congressman Ron Paul with 66.

SANTORUM MOVES AHEAD

In recent weeks, Santorum has moved solidly ahead of Gingrich in their battle to be the conservative alternative to Romney, who is well-financed and backed by much of the Republican Party establishment.

At Georgetown University in Washington on Wednesday, Gingrich addressed 400 students in what was advertised as a speech on Social Security.

The former history professor hop-scotched a range of topics in American history, touching on Abraham Lincoln, Franklin D. Roosevelt and the Wright brothers. At one point, Gingrich assessed his campaign.

"I haven't done a very good job as a candidate because it's so difficult to communicate big solutions in this country when the entire structure of the system is so hostile to it," he said.

A CASH FLOW PROBLEM

Earlier, Gingrich blamed tight campaign finances for his campaign's downsizing.

"Cash flow is shorter than we'd like it to be so we're doing the appropriate things to be able to campaign," Gingrich said on a Washington radio station on Wednesday.

Gingrich's campaign debts totaled $1.55 million at the end of February, according to campaign finance disclosure forms that said the campaign had $1.54 million in cash on hand.

Stressing the campaign's empty coffers, Gingrich on Monday began charging $50 for photographs taken with him at events, according to the National Journal.

Gingrich's efforts also have been boosted by Las Vegas casino magnate Sheldon Adelson, whose family has given $16.5 million to Winning Our Future, an independent "Super PAC," or political action committee, that supports Gingrich. In all, the PAC has raised $18.9 million, according to Federal Election Commission filings.

At the end of February, the group had $2.3 million cash on hand, compared with $10.5 million held by Restore Our Future, the Super PAC that backs Romney.

In recent weeks, Adelson has made it clear that he is willing to throw his money behind Romney if the former Massachusetts governor is the Republican nominee.

"Fundraising is more of a challenge now, but you know that's nothing new," said Rick Tyler, a longtime Gingrich aide who now runs Winning Our Future.

Gingrich, who briefly was the front-runner in the race after winning the South Carolina primary on January 21, has been battered by TV ads placed by the pro-Romney PAC that have cast Gingrich as a Washington insider with questionable ethics.

Endorsements from two former Republican contenders, Herman Cain and Texas Governor Rick Perry, don't appear to have helped much.

Even for many of his supporters, Gingrich's trimmed ambitions do not come as a surprise. They said the campaign's weak financial standing and its poor showing in recent polls left Gingrich with few options.

"I think that he sees it as his only option," said Allen Olsen, a Tea Party leader and Gingrich supporter in Columbia, South Carolina. "I do wish he would still continue to campaign in each state."

Aide says Cheney had heart transplant

WASHINGTON (AP) ? Former Vice President Dick Cheney had a heart transplant Saturday, after five heart attacks over the past 25 years and countless medical procedures to keep him going. Cheney, 71, waited nearly two years for his new heart, the gift of an unknown donor.

An aide to Cheney disclosed the surgery after it was over, and said the ex-vice president was recovering at a Virginia hospital.

"Although the former vice president and his family do not know the identity of the donor, they will be forever grateful for this lifesaving gift," aide Kara Ahern said in a written statement that was authenticated by several of the Republican politician's close associates.

Cheney was recovering Saturday night at the intensive care unit of Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Va., after surgery earlier in the day.

More than 3,100 Americans currently are on the national waiting list for a heart transplant. Just over 2,300 heart transplants were performed last year, according to the United Network for Organ Sharing. And 330 people died while waiting.

According to UNOS, 332 people over age 65 received a heart transplant last year. The majority of transplants occur in 50- to 64-year-olds.

The odds of survival are good. More than 70 percent of heart transplant recipients live at least five years, although survival is a bit lower for people over age 65.

The former vice president suffered a heart attack in 2010, his fifth since the age of 37.

That same year, he had surgery to have a small pump installed to help his heart keep working.

Called a "left ventricular assist device," or LVAD, that device took over the job of the heart's main pumping chamber, powered by special batteries worn in a fanny pack. It helps a person live a fairly normal life while awaiting a heart transplant, although some people receive it as permanent therapy. It was one of the few steps left, short of a transplant, to stay alive in the face of what he acknowledged was "increasing congestive heart failure."

In January 2011, Cheney said he was getting by on the battery-powered heart pump, which made it "awkward to walk around." He also said he hadn't made a decision yet on a transplant, but that "the technology is getting better and better."

Cheney said then that he'd "have to make a decision at some point whether I want to go for a transplant."

By that point, Cheney had been dealing with cardiovascular problems for more than two decades.

In 1988, he had quadruple bypass surgery, two artery-clearing angioplasties and the operation to implant a pacemaker, a device that monitored his heartbeat.

In 2005, Cheney had six hours of surgery on his legs to repair a kind of aneurysm, and in March 2007, doctors discovered deep venous thrombosis in his left lower leg. An ultrasound a month later showed the clot was getting smaller.

In July 2007, he had had a minor surgical procedure to replace the pacemaker.

Cheney served as former President George W. Bush's vice president for eight years, from 2001 until 2009. Cheney was a lightning rod for criticism during Bush's presidency, accused by opponents of often advocating a belligerent U.S. stance in world affairs during wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, the front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination, wished Cheney a "fast and full recovery" in a post on Twitter. Former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum, Romney's chief challenger, sent a written statement wishing Cheney and his family well and offering his thoughts and prayers.

Like 5 million other Americans, Cheney has had congestive heart failure, meaning his heart had become too weakened to pump properly. That can happen for a variety of reasons, but Cheney's was due to cumulative damage from his multiple heart attacks.

Heart failure kills 57,000 Americans a year and contributes to many more deaths.

Shortly after Cheney's surgery was disclosed, one prominent cardiologist ? Dr. Eric Topol of Scripps Health in La Jolla, Calif. ? raised the issue of whether someone so old should have received a new heart.

"The ethicists will get into this case," he wrote on Twitter.

Others disagreed.

"It is not too old. Age is really not a factor," said Dr. William Zoghbi of Methodist Hospital's DeBakey Heart and Vascular Center in Houston. He is incoming president of the American College of Cardiology, and he spoke from the group's annual conference in Chicago on Saturday.

Zoghbi said Cheney may even fare better than younger people whose immune systems more actively fight new organs, raising concern about rejection.

"I don't see any ethical issues here," Zoghbi said, because a transplant is clearly indicated for someone whose heart is as weak as Cheney's was.

A heart transplant is a race against time. Doctors look to the waiting list for the next qualified candidate who is a good match to the newly donated heart, which typically comes from an accident victim. The patient must get to the operating room quickly, as a newly donated heart stays fresh for only about four to six hours.

During a heart transplant, a mechanical pump keeps blood flowing through the body while surgeons remove the diseased heart ? and in Cheney's case, the previously implanted LVAD ? and connect the new one.

Patients must take immune-suppressing medication for life, to keep their body's immune system from attacking the new, foreign organ. They typically stay in the hospital for a week or two, and require intensive cardiac rehabilitation.

1 tablespoon olive oil

Sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons water

1-1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

1 teaspoon chili oil

1-1/2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

3/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Spread asparagus on a foil lined baking sheet. Toss with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Set asparagus in a preheated 400?F oven and roast for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile make vinaigrette by whisking together:? vinegar, water, soy sauce, sesame oil and chili oil. Whisk in sugar, sesame seeds, mustard and black pepper to taste.

Remove asparagus from oven and toss, while hot, with vinaigrette. Serve asparagus warm or at room temperature.

NOTE: If asparagus are large, peel stalks with a vegetable peeler and then break off ends.

STRAWBERRIES WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Yield: 6 servings.

3 pints of strawberries, hulled and halved

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons sugar

6 small scoops frozen yogurt or lite whipped topping

Put strawberries in a medium-size bowl and toss gently with vinegar and sugar. Set mixture aside for 10 minutes.

Divide strawberries evenly among 6 goblets. Drizzle any vinegar/sugar syrup remaining in bowl over strawberries, dividing syrup evenly among the six servings.? Top each serving with frozen yogurt or whipped topping.

Stoudemire had 21 points and nine rebounds to lead the Knicks to their fifth straight victory, 82-79 over fading Philadelphia on Wednesday night.

Jeremy Lin scored 16 of his 18 points in the fourth quarter, and Carmelo Anthony had 10 to help the Knicks pull within three games of the Atlantic Division leaders and clinch the head-to-head tiebreaker.

"It's been our goal," Anthony said. "That's never changed."

The game ended with thousands of New York fans chanting, "Let's go Knicks!" They had reason to celebrate after Stoudemire hit a pair of big buckets down the stretch to clinch the win. The Knicks scored fewer than 83 points in a win for the first time since Nov. 14, 2005, vs. Utah (73-62).

Lin delivered from the free throw line, sinking two for an eight-point lead, then feeding Anthony for a 16-footer that gave the Knicks the breathing room they needed. Lin was 10 for 10 from the line.

The Sixers kept coming, and nearly turned the game around in the final 2 minutes. Trailing by three, Brand blocked Lin's shot that led to a fast-break attempt for Andre Iguodala. Iguodala missed the layup, and the empty possession would finish off the Sixers.

For good measure, Iguodala shot an airball in the final minute.

"We have to do a better job of being a better unit," Iguodala said.

Meanwhile, the orange and blue took over, and chanted for the Knicks, completing a double-dose of defeat for Philadelphia.

The Sixers never led and trailed by as many as 12 points when they finally found a groove in the third. Thaddeus Young's dunk pulled them within two and Iguodala buried a 3-pointer from the corner ? only his third basket ? for a 49-48 lead.

Philadelphia was invaded by a fleet of Knicks fans that gave this one a postseason feel ? for Madison Square Garden.

But the Sixers fans came alive along with their team and went wild when, after the Sixers blew the lead, Williams nailed a 3 to pull them to 59-58 to end the quarter.

Only 10 days earlier, the Sixers handed the Knicks their fifth straight loss, 106-94. Stoudemire sat alongside Anthony for the entire fourth quarter.

Both were needed this time around, especially with Lin having a miserable first three quarters. He missed 10 of his first 11 shots and had only two assists ? one on a long pass to a streaking Anthony for a thunderous dunk.

Lin wasn't the only scorer who couldn't buy a bucket. Iguodala, who averages 12.2 points, didn't score his first field goal until there was 45 seconds left in the first half. He scored 13 points.

Of course, Linsanity is so 15 minutes ago now that Tebowmania headlines New York.

"I'm just excited for him and to see what he does," Lin said after the Jets acquired Tim Tebow. "We'll see what happens next year. But I'm excited, obviously, that he's going to be in New York."

The Sixers missed their first 14 shots ? Spencer Hawes even fired an airball on the 10th attempt ? and committed five turnovers in the first quarter.

"Never seen anything like that before. 0-14?" Brand said.

The only part more amazing than their futility from the court was that they only trailed by eight points.

The Knicks did their part at the end.

"We're building, we're getting better, we're feeling more confident," Lin said. "We're creating a team identity."

Rihanna's New Tattoo: A Cross! On Her Neck!

Rihanna recently obtained a new tattoo of a tiny cross, pictured in a slanted position on her left collarbone. It's her 16th tattoo overall, according to reports!

The ink artist, Bang Bang, posted a black and white photo of his creation:

"New #cross #tattoo I put on @rihanna last night," he Tweeted (below).

Rihanna, 24, got herself inked on March 15 in New York from her preferred tattoo artiste. Bang Bang is the creator of most of the singer's tattoos.

He says they decided to put the latest mark on the R&B star's collarbone "because it's easy to hide with a necklace but also can be in plain sight."

Why does a woman need so many tattoos in the first place?

Who cares, it's fun. "She always flips out [when it's done] and jumps up and down like a 16-year-old girl getting her first car," Bang Bang said.

Pro-choice Communications 101 | Fem2pt0

I do not enjoy ?Communications? as a field. I think, honestly, it?s manipulative. The whole point of communications is to frame your issue in such a way that an audience sees it the way you want them to. Communications, PR, advertising, marketing and branding are all ? no matter what anyone says to the contrary ? intimately entwined. These fields are getting it on, if you know what I mean, and they?re reproducing, and who knows what they will spawn next? Facebook timeline. I rest my case.

Despite having no interest in communications, I stumbled into a job?at a communications firm?when I graduated college, and I have been trying, without much success, to stumble my way back out again for years. Working in communications has taught me two important things. One, communications is critical, absolutely critical, to getting anything done in any other movement or field. Two, I do not like it.

I guess the third would be: Three, most people and movements really suck at it.

To generalize in a pretty extreme way, there are two schools of thought in communications. The first school of thought is the ?Product? school of thought, and it involves thinking. What is my product, brand, or message? What kinds of people am I targeting with it? How will those people react? What reaction and audience do I want? How do I achieve that? The ?Product? school of thought involves building an entire communications plan with multiple, interrelated aspects. It requires your team to establish and stick with a tone and core messaging. That tone and core messaging needs to extend from traditional media placements like op-eds and press releases through social media such as Twitter posts. This kind of communications plan is meant to build and?keep?an audience or membership over time. In the tortoise vs. the hare, the ?Product? school of thought is the tortoise school of thought. Confession: this is absolutely the school of thought to which I subscribe.

The second school of thought is the ?Get it Get it? school of thought. In that school of thought, all press is good press. All attention is good attention. While the ?Product? school of thought thinks, ?Hey, a thing has happened, in the media! It is related to things we do. It makes sense for us to comment. People should listen to us. We know about these things,? the ?Get it Get it? school of thought thinks, ?A THING HAS HAPPENED. WE CAN DIMLY RELATE IT TO US, PROBABLY THROUGH OUTRAGE. COMMENT OH MY GOD COMMENT NOW RIDE THAT WAVE.? This school of thought will have big surges of attention, followed by almost no attention, because jumping up and down demanding to be heard is only interesting in the short term. This type of communications strategy will attract a large audience at times, but that audience is fickle and unreliable, with very little loyalty. This kind of strategy does not attract a dedicated membership that will be their for your company, organization, or brand through good times and bad, because your company, organization, or brand does not offer consistency. And if you are not consistent, your membership won?t be.

Having spent the last year actually working in the reproductive justice/prochoice movement, I have seen organizations employ both of these strategies. I have recently seen an upswing in long since established organizations, with dedicated followings of millions of hard-working members, alienate people across that membership by chasing the dragon of BIGGER NUMBERS and MORE ATTENTION. Here is what I say to younger people in the prochoice and reproductive justice movements:

Do not do this.

Do not do this, and what?s more, fight back when other people do it.

When you decide to work for an organization and you will be in any way part of their comm team ? even if you simply contribute research that the comm team uses ? look at their communications strategy. Listen to what they talk about. Do they know their audience, their membership? Do they understand how to talk to them? Are they willing to tell them things they don?t want to hear, because they can rely on their loyalty? Do they want to expand beyond that audience and continue to grow and reach out to other people? The answer to all of these things should be yes. If you and your friends are starting your own movement, group, or organization, ask yourselves these questions, and make sure the answers are all ?yes.?

It can be hard when someone comes in with big ideas and changes the messaging in a way that makes you uncomfortable, because odds are, those changes will, in the short term, yield some big numbers. Suddenly, your organization may be receiving attention it didn?t get before. It?s hard to caution against that, because everyone likes attention. Here?s the thing: fight back any way. Recognize that sudden surges of attention based on drastic changes in messaging hit like bouts of hysteria, or like a night of heavy drinking. You?re in for manic highs in which everything seems so amazing you could shit rainbows followed by a terrible low alone at the police station waiting for your folks to pick you up and you don?t know where your friends are.

If you think I?m exaggerating, take a look at the Susan G. Komen debacle trajectory. It?s not a perfect example, because they weren?t looking for attention ? in fact, they hoped no one would notice ? and it wasn?t exactly a communications shift, although shifting communications was part of what happened. But the basic outline was familiar. A company that does one thing very well, with a wide membership base and lots of support, decides to make a drastic change to the way they do business. Many people within the company object and try to reason with them; those people are ignored. The Big Move is carried out anyway. Exeunt ship ? sinking.

Communications are key to your piece of the movement you believe in, however tiny you may feel that piece to be. Commit to slow and steady growth to win the race. If your voice is young and spontaneous, don?t confuse that with erratic. If your voice is mature, don?t confuse that with immobile. Stick to a few key messages and talking points, and comment on current events?where appropriate. I would love to see complementary pieces of the reproductive justice and prochoice movements working in beautiful tandem, where everyone feels they can find a place for themselves and their work. And we bring that about by communicating effectively what groups and organizations believe, in an honest and accessible way, and letting audiences and memberships find the place where they feel most comfortable.

The new iPad was upgraded with a display an HD junkie would give his universal remote for, but the Apple TV simply received an update to a capability many believe the original should've had the first go around: support for 1080p content. In addition to that all-important resolution bump, both this and the last-gen model received a modest software update that brings a few features and enhancements. Those tweaks aren't necessarily worth a review, if you ask us, especially since the price remains the same and existing Apple TV owners will reap the benefits of most of these improvements. Rick Santorum?s campaign released this position paper on Santorum?s campaign website.? It is undated and unsigned, but it speaks in the first person, using ?I,? so I?ll infer Santorum approved it.?? The paper?s comments are in red.? My thoughts are in blue:

Enforcing laws against illegal pornography

America is suffering a pandemic of harm from pornography.? A wealth of research is now available demonstrating that pornography causes profound brain changes in both children and adults, resulting in widespread negative consequences. Addiction to pornography is now common for adults and even for some children.

A pandemic?? What measurable harm does?Santorum?cite???Santorum does not cite one peer-reviewed study as a point of authority.? If this was a high school English essay, it would fail for making only claims, but citing no points of authority.? A ?wealth of research??? How about naming one respected research study or paper?? Profound damage to the brain?? Like what?? This is such snake oil salesmanship.? Negative consequences?? Such as??? Porn ?addiction? is common?? How about giving some data?? Even if adults are ?addicted? to sexual imagery, is this a problem?? We don?t suggest men who want sex regularly have a sexual ?addiction? problem.? A regular, consistent, and healthy appetite for sexual stimulation is not an addiction.? It?s a disservice to people who genuinely have addiction problems to characterize a regular?appetite for sexual imagery as an addiction.

The average age of first exposure to hard-core, Internet pornography is now 11.?Pornography is toxic to marriages and relationships. It contributes to misogyny and violence against women.? It is a contributing factor to prostitution and sex trafficking.

What?s the average ?first exposure? children have to violent actions where people or cartoons maim or kill each other?? Is there any reputable study that suggests a child is measurably harmed from viewing hard-core (or soft-core, or intermediate to middleweight-core) sexual imagery?? To answer this rhetorical question:? No, there is not.? It?s all speculation from fearmongers like Santorum.??Is pornography?toxic to marriages and relationships?? No, it is not commonly harmful to marriages where ?pornography? is not presumed to be a negative thing.? Many more marriages would probably dissolve if men did not have regular sexual imagery?to address their more frequent (on average) sexual drives.? Men can safely masturbate in the privacy of their homes, not damaging their relationship commitments, and reducing their number of partners and the transfer rates and prevalence of STDs.? Porn doesn?t contribute to violence against women any more than ?Law & Order? or the next summer action movie or horror flick.? It is a far healthier thing to allow people to consider their curiosities through viewing fictional content than for them to try everything in real life.? Watching ?Harry Potter? doesn?t contribute to the prevalence of wizardry.

Every family must now be concerned about the harm from pornography. As a parent, I am concerned about the widespread distribution of illegal obscene pornography and its profound effects on our culture. ? For many decades, the American public has actively petitioned the United States Congress for laws prohibiting distribution of hard-core adult pornography.

Who is Santorum going to set up on the ?Porn-Core Rating Committee????Which of his buddies will get that fortunate appointment where they sit in a dark room together, or separately in the privacy of their cubicle and computer monitor, to evaluate the literally millions of new sexual imagery videos and photographs created by Hollywood, the international porn industry, the fashion industry, and amateur photographers and videographers?? What a fuckin? joke.? Pun intended.? The ?American Public,? at least a majority of them, has?not petitioned Congress for laws prohibiting hard-core porn ? at least not for the last few decades.??Men in general?have not had a free hand to sign the petition ? at least not since the advent of the home PC and a fast internet connection.? If the American Public really wanted this to happen, such a movement would have already virally set Facebook ablaze.? Conservatives are so weird on sexual issues sometimes.? It?s like that ?One Million Moms? group ? who by the way, still have only about 45,600 members ? the few trying to control the actions, preferences, and liberties of the many.

Congress has responded.? Current federal ?obscenity? laws prohibit distribution of hardcore (obscene) pornography on the Internet, on cable/satellite TV, on hotel/motel TV, in retail shops and through the mail or by common carrier. Rick Santorum believes that federal obscenity laws should be vigorously enforced.? ?If elected President, I will appoint an Attorney General who will do so.???

Yawn.? First, this is not true ? Congress has not banned the distribution of hard-core porn or any other (insert your favorite porn adjective here) porn.? Second, it?s mindless saber rattling.? Third, if Santorum had?more intelligence, he?d know this is bad politics and misguided social policy ? pandering to an?under-educated social minority ? to the detriment of a diverse majority.

The Obama Administration has turned a blind eye to those who wish to preserve our culture from the scourge of pornography and has refused to enforce obscenity laws. While the Obama Department of Justice seems to favor pornographers over children and families, that will change under a Santorum Administration.?

?Scourge of pornography??? Is that like the ?scourge of teen pregnancy? or the ?scourge of diminishing church attendance??? If Obama?s cool with both healthy families and healthy pornography ? that sounds like a more even-keel, mature, and informed position.

I proudly support the efforts of the War on Illegal Pornography Coalition that has tirelessly fought to get federal obscenity laws enforced.? That coalition is composed of 120 national, state, and local groups, including Morality in Media, Family Research Council, Focus on the Family, American Family Association, Cornerstone Family Council of New Hampshire, Pennsylvania Family Institute, Concerned Women for America, The Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention, and a host of other groups.? Together we will prevail.

I hope not, because that would be silly nonsense.? It would be like trying to re-institute alcohol prohibition.? It is such a silly aspiration as to be almost not?be worth discussion ? except that a?guy?running for the Republican Presidential candidacy thinks discussing the policy will garner him some more votes.
