Lease Mgr 3- Bank Channel - LenderCareers

This position involves identifying, developing and closing end-user based equipment finance/leasing transactions in the greater Philadelphia area. Additional territory includes Maryland, Delaware, South New Jersey, Washington DC, and northern Virginia. Target market to include companies with revenues sizes ranging from $10MM to $1 B, middle market to large corporate. Industry focus to include Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale, Transportation, Healthcare, Technology and Service sectors, plus energy-saving projects within the commercial arena. Product offerings to include a wide range of tax-oriented offerings, traditional debt products, and tax exempt products in all asset types. Territory management, direct solicitation of middle market companies, collection of appropriate information relating to customers & lease transactions, including packaging, pricing of transaction to meet business objectives, business development and prospecting, managing a limited number of existing client relationships, structuring of transactions in-line with product offerings, residual and pricing guidelines, close transactions, utilize credit philosophy and review customer financial statements, plus maintenance of the client management system. Essential Job Functions Necessary time management skills to maintain and develop territory of $30MM. Incumbent must reside in the greater Philadelphia area. Must have the ability to travel more than 20% of the time within this territory with overnight travel approximately 4-5 nights per month.

Strong selling skills are essential as well as, strong training and presentation skills, both one on one and in a group environment.

Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative business relationships outside the bank footprint as necessary. Must be able to operate independently and within a team environment.
